The Federal Manufactured Housing Improvement Act of 2000 establishes December 27, 2005  as the date that
all States set up an installer training & licensing program...No contractor is to set up manufactured homes or pour foundations without taking the installer training & licensing program...This course is designed specifically to meet the educational requirements established by the Indiana Installer Licensing Board in  879 IAC 1.
A General Contractors License by the County or State  alone does not meet this requirement....For list of license Installer.
